One of the most popular requests Gable Events receive is to provide an its a knockout followed by a bbq as a fun, social event for staff at either a venue of the client’s choice or at one we are asked to recommend. This type of it’s a knockout event brings everyone together in a fun atmosphere, helping to motivate staff and build team spirit and camaraderie, often with a lasting impact on the workplace.

In July 2007, Rullion Computer Personnel booked Gable Events to organise an its a knockout and bbq for 80 of their staff and requested a suitable venue near their office in Cheshire. After an extensive search, Gable Events suggested Timperley Sports Club in Altrincham as being ideally suited to the company’s needs and budget. We booked the venue and BBQ for Rullion and the whole event was considered the best the company had ever had!
