Numbers:
From 18 for a company team building exercise to over 1000 racing in a dragon boat regatta. Traditional 40’ boats accommodate 12 to 16 paddlers plus a drummer, 30’ boats seat 8 to 10 paddlers plus a drummer
Venue:
Any relatively still river, lake, reservoir, canal, dock, sheltered harbour, marina etc. with good access. We have a comprehensive list of suitable venues nationwide
Package:
Gable Events will provide the dragon boats, ancillary equipment, professional safety cover, buoyancy vests, BDA qualified race officials and helms, BDA permit, medals and trophy for the winning crew(s), PA system and race commentary, race schedule and computerized results, event control unit, authentic Chinese venue decoration, £5m public liability insurance and professional event management.
