Events Assistant/Co-ordinator
Date Posted 11/04 Peterborough Area Due to continued growth, a fantastic opportunity has arisen within our small event management team. Helping to organise some of the UK’s finest outdoor corporate and charity events, the successful applicant will be self motivated with an eye for detail. A good understanding of office administration and organisational skills will be required as you will be dealing with all aspects of the event process. An understanding of accounting would be beneficial but not essential. Key Responsibilities: • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers Key Skills • Well organised This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with relevant experience wishing to progress in the events industry. The sky is the limit for the right candidate with on the job training and responsibility from day one. Some irregular working hours will be required due to the nature of our business. Extra hours can be worked at events, predominantly on summer weekends, to supplement salary, and the ideal candidate will be keen to do this.
