The Challenge is open to everyone and up to 24 crews are expected to battle it out over the 250m race course, watched by several hundred spectators. The Bristol Docks location offers a superb venue for racing and a fabulous day is guaranteed with bankside entertainment, music, food and fun activities for all the family.

Entry Includes

•	dragon boats, qualified helms and all racing equipment
•	at least 3 races per crew
•	RNLI shields for the winning crew, the two runners-up and the crew raising the most money for the RNLI
•	souvenir programme

RNLI
The RNLI is a registered charity which exists to save life at sea. It provides, on call, the 24 hour service necessary to cover search and rescue requirements to 50 miles out from the coasts of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. There are 224 lifeboat stations manned by volunteer crews. The lifeboat fleet consists of 308 lifeboats, ranging in length from 4.9m to 17m.

Lifeboats launch, on average 17 times and save 3 lives every day of the year and have saved over 134,500 lives since 1824. The RNLI is supported entirely by voluntary donations, raised by volunteers, membership subscriptions, corporate promotions and legacies.
